Why not hire one of our holiday lodges for a relaxing getaway on the Isle of Bute.
We have a 2 bedroomed lodge available yearly from 2nd Friday in March until 7th January for up to 4 people.
2 Bedroom Lodge .. 40 foot long by 20 foot wide . ( pictures above ) .
Park yearly opening dates from 2nd Friday in March until 7th January.
All prices shown are for 2019.
All operational seasons except from 22nd Dec to 8th Jan.
2 nights – weekend – During Fri- Sun = £380.
3 nights – weekend – Fri-Sun = £415.
4 nights – weekend – Fri-Mon = £450.
2 nights = £345 or 3 nights = £380 – midweek – During Mon-Thurs.
4 nights – midweek – Mon-Thurs = £415.
7 nights – Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat or Mon-Mon = £510.
22nd Dec to 8th Jan, min 4 nights .
4 nights mid week or weekend = £540. 7 nights = £660.
Roseland Holiday Park – Terms and Conditions
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 7 days before arrival .
Any damage to property or facilities will be charged to booking.
Sorry pets are not allowed in the Lodge’s , we allow pets in the hire caravans and you are welcome to camp with your pets .
Bedding is supplied but not towels .

The lodge can sleep a max of 4 people.

Check in is from 3pm at the reception when open or at the on-site owners accommodation when the reception is closed.
