Glamping Pod Hire

  • Fancy camping but not the idea of living in a tent? Then this is for you, all the fun and outdoor lifestyle of camping with a little more luxury
  • Open Seasonally from the 3rd Friday in March to the 3rd Sunday in December
  • Online booking is currently available for the 2026 season (from the 3rd Friday in March through to the 3rd Sunday in December).
  • Booking for next year will be available from 1st Feb 2027.
  • Gift vouchers are available

We operate a self-check-in service for the Glamping pods. Self-check-in instructions will be sent via email after all payments have been made, two days prior to arrival, this will then allow you to arrive on-site and go straight to your Glamping pod in your own time, please note if your booking isn’t confirmed until after 4pm the day prior to arrival, instructions will not be sent until 12 noon on the day of arrival. 

Tariff’s

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Night Tariff…

  • £40 for one person per pod per night
  • £47 for two people per pod per night
  • £54 for three people per pod per night
  • £61 for four people per pod per night

 

Friday and Saturday Night Tariff…

  • £50 for one person per pod per night
  • £57 for two people per pod per night
  • £64 for three people per pod per night
  • £71 for four people per pod per night
  • + Supplement for one-night stays on a Friday and Saturday night = £20 per pod

 

Booking – Deposit and Balance Payment Information.

  • A £50%, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a pod.
  • The non-refundable balance payment is then due 7 days prior to arrival.
  • No deposit payment refund is given for cancellation.
  • Balance payment refunds will only be refunded if notice of cancelation is given 7 days prior to arrival.
  • We can sometimes offer a date change to later within the same season, if availability allows & notice is given more than 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Self-Check in instructions will be sent via email two days prior to arrival. After any balance payment has been made, please note if your booking isn’t confirmed until after 4pm the day prior to arrival, instructions will not be sent until 12 noon on the day of arrival
  • Self-check-in is available from 2pm on your day of arrival
  • Check-out time: 11am
  • There should be someone in the reception on Fridays & Saturdays during April, May & June, then on Mondays through to Saturdays from the 1st July to the 31st August between 2pm to 4pm if  anyone requires any additional assistance, we do not have a receptionist out-with these months/days/times
  • Each Pod is fitted with one double and two single bed spaces
  • Pods are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, television and heater
  • You need to bring your own bedding, towels, cooking & eating utensils, to get the best experience out of the Glamping pods we advice you to bring everything to would take on a camping trip, minus the tent.
  • Due to the location of the Glamping pods and the pod’s narrowness they are not suitable for anyone who is physically disabled
  • Noise Please  be mindful of other park users and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm with no audible noise to neighbouring pods, tourer, lodges etc after midnight
  • At weekends we can be quite busy, so if you are looking for a quiet peaceful experience you might want to try a mid-week stay.
  • We do not allow Hen, Stag or any other large group/party bookings
  • Our Glamping Pods are perfect for cyclists, walkers and families with children who like to experience the great outdoors comfortably
  • There is a sheltered BBQ hut for all glamping pod users to share
  • There is a shared shower/toilet block and dishwashing facilities near the pods
  • Showers are operated by a £1 coin, which gives you eight minutes of hot water
  • The toilets/showers is a UNISEX block
  • The cleaning hours are between 11am to 1pm, you may be disturbed or inconvenience while using the facilities during this time.
  • Each pod can hold up to a maximum of four people, but they are best suited to either one couple, three adult friends or a family group up to a maximum of two adults and two children
  • Open fires are not allowed
  • Extra visitors are not allowed
  • Glamping pods are not suitable for manual workers accommodation
  • Pets are not allowed in the pods, you are welcome to camp with your pets on the camping and tourer pitches
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking with the non-refundable balance due seven days before arrival
  • Please report and pay for any damages 
  • We Do-Not have a WI-FI service on-site
  • Online booking for next year will become available via our website from the 1st February 2027
  • Construction work for our new toilet/shower block is currently taking place in close proximity to the eight-meter tourer pitches, this is currently due to open late June 2026.
