Welcome to Roseland Holiday Park
Roseland is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Canada Hill above the town of Rothesay. There are outstanding views of the bay and the hills and sea lochs of the Cowal peninsula. We are the only official campsite on the island and are conveniently situated for all the facilities that Rothesay has to offer.

Our Glamping Pods provide all the fun and outdoors lifestyle of camping with a little more luxury. Each Pod is fitted with a double and 2 single bed spaces. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, TV plus a heater. All you need to bring is your bedding*, cooking and eating utensils and yourself. Our Glamping Pods are perfect for cyclists, walkers and families with children who’d like to experience the great outdoors……..erm, indoors!
A 2 Bed-roomed cottage, Open plan living areas – Master bedroom with 1 double bed and Triple bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, Bathroom with bath and shower, Decked area at front, central heating and private car parking for 1 car.
Lodge and Leisure Lodge Hire
2 Different sized 2 Bedroom Lodges for hire with open plan living areas, decks to enjoy the views fully fitted kitchens, both with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, central heated and parking at door.
We have a selection of static caravans available for hire.
