New Lodges For Sale
We have plots available for new leisure lodges or lodges of your choice.
Prices start at £90,000 for a leisure lodge (single unit lodge).
Prices Start at £155,000 for a lodge (double unit lodge).
From selecting your lodge and securing it with a deposit, it normally takes around 6 months to have it ready for you to occupy.

Yearly Lodge Fees and Charges.
2026/27 Site Fees = £2310 due in advance every April.
2026/27 Holiday Rates =  £780, there is a higher than normal (5%) increase due to the revaluation of the rateable values within Argyll and Bute Council.
Electricity is metered and is currently 44p per unit, meters are read and billed twice a year, in May and November. 

Gas is bottled and can be delivered to your lodge, payment is pro forma, delivery is usually on Thursday’s, orders must be made and paid for by 4pm on Wednesday to guarantee delivery on Thursday.

The Lodge Park is open to lodge owners on a holiday basis all year, see plot contact for more details.

PET GUIDANCE 

  • Lodge owners are allowed pets on-site.
  • Pets are not allowed in the toilet, shower & laundry areas unless they are a guide dog
  • Pets should never be left unattended out-with your own lodge & deck (deck must be secure)
  • All mess must be cleared up straight away (bag it/bin it)
  • Pets must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times out-with your own lodge and deck
  • Owners must be responsible for their pets at all times
  • We don’t have a designated dog walking area on-site
